Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other mandatory costs will be disclosed before you complete your purchase, as required by law.

Payments are processed through the relevant payment provider. We do not guarantee the availability of every payment method for every order.

Any installment payment, deferred payment, eligibility requirement, interest, or fee associated with Klarna or Clearpay is governed by the terms of the respective provider.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer delivery to Germany. Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
Customers may choose between the following delivery options:
Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days.
Insured Express Shipping: €4.95, with estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been processed and dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping details and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.
Because goods are dispatched from the United Kingdom to Germany, customs procedures, import VAT, duties, or other charges may apply depending on the shipment and applicable law. Any charges that are payable by the customer must be disclosed as required by law before the order is completed.
Your statutory rights concerning delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected by these Terms.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible customers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Returned products should be handled with reasonable care and returned in accordance with the applicable return instructions. Customers may be responsible for direct return shipping costs when permitted by law and where this responsibility has been communicated before purchase.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products are not restricted by our voluntary return procedures.
