Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact info@Ralumoniqa.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
We will make reasonable efforts to stop an order that has not yet been dispatched. However, cancellation before dispatch cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered the fulfilment process.
If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment already collected for that order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still be able to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after delivery.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing eligible goods online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
For an order containing multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when you or a person designated by you, other than the carrier, receives the last product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us clearly within the applicable period by emailing info@Ralumoniqa.com.

Your full name
Your order number
The product or products concerned
A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
You do not need to provide a reason.
Returning Products After Withdrawal
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the products back without undue delay and within 14 days of informing us of your decision, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Products should be handled with reasonable care and returned using the instructions provided by customer service.
The direct return shipping costs are payable by the customer where permitted by law and where the customer was properly informed of this obligation before purchase.
You may be responsible for diminished product value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, where permitted by law.
Refunds Following Withdrawal
We will reimburse eligible payments within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal, subject to the legal right to withhold reimbursement until the returned goods are received or evidence of return shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
The refund will include the applicable standard delivery costs where required by law. Additional costs resulting from selecting a more expensive delivery method may be excluded where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method unless another method is agreed without additional cost to you.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in every circumstance. Legal exceptions may include certain products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized goods, and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the legal conditions for the exception are met.
Any applicable exception will be interpreted in accordance with the relevant law. Nothing in this policy removes a withdrawal right that the law grants you.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your rights when goods are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact info@Ralumoniqa.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
